What is Carnivore diet?
The Carnivore diet is one of the simplest ways of eating: you focus on animal foods like meat, fish, eggs, and optional dairy. You skip plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and processed food, and unhealthy snacks, and sugary drinks.
Think of it as going “back to basics.” There’s no calorie counting, no complicated ingredient lists, and no worrying about what’s “healthy” or not. You eat filling, nutrient-rich foods that keep you satisfied, reduce cravings, and make it easier to lose weight naturally.
Many people try the Carnivore diet because it’s straightforward, easy to follow, and helps them quickly understand how their body feels without sugar, seed oils, and heavy carbs. It’s simple, structured, and surprisingly satisfying—perfect for anyone looking for a clean reset.

Not ready for Carnivore or feel like it might be too strict for you?
That’s okay.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. As your Coach, I assess your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level and choose the strategy that will work best for you. If carnivore isn’t the right fit, we can use a structured keto approach to achieve effective, sustainable weight loss—without forcing a plan that doesn’t feel right.Keto is just as affective as Carnivore when it comes to weight loss.

What is Keto diet?
The Ketogenic (keto) diet is a low-carbohydrate, higher-fat, high protein way of eating designed to help your body burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. By significantly reducing carbs and focusing on healthy fats and protein, keto helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce cravings, and support steady weight loss.
Many people choose Keto as a more flexible alternative to Carnivore, as it allows you to have some low-carb vegetables and a wider variety of foods while still promoting fat loss and appetite control.
